• Creation and implementation of the functional concept "logistics" incl. processes / tasks / responsibilities
• Management of subproject concerning logistics concept for new plants in Hungary and China
• Development of a transferable function for the new logistics manager
Result
• Building a customer management organization
• Construction of VP and container management including area requirement planning
• Structure of Physical Logistics and Master Data Management in SAP
• Development of supplier management at the new locations
• Production planning and control as well as connection to customer order center
• Successful ramp up of the plants in Hungary and China
