A Tier 1 supplier in Mexico is in series production / ramp up and has
problems concerning processes and tools. The required quantities currently cannot be delivered but the numbers will even rise steadily. The project comprises about 50 - 60 tools.
• Coordination of all activities for a project of a German premium OEM
• Assumption of project management and assurance of delivery capability according to retrievals and quality requirements
• Maintenance and safeguarding a transparent communication structure between the OEM and the supplier
Customer delivery has been ensured after 4 weeks.
